SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: NOTEXRAY LLC DBA NoteXray sends text messages to people who have booked a consultation or submitted a request through our website at https://note.notexray.com/ or through our scheduling and request forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling updates, follow ups about your consultation or note review request, requests for documents that help us review your note, and replies to your questions. Some messages may be sent by our automated virtual assistant, and a member of our team is available on request. Opt in is collected through web forms and scheduling forms using a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent, which is never pre checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a consultation or of any purchase.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
